Appraising test paper is an important lesson type which plays an indispensible role in middle school math teaching. Appraising test paper helps students consolidate their knowledge, solve problems and broaden their eyesight as well as optimize their thinking. However, most teachers, lacking scientific guidance, do not know appropriate ways to have test paper appraising lessons. As a consequence,"teacher talking "and mechanical practice become the main teaching modes of test paper appraising lesson which makes low efficiency of learning. With the application of modern information technology in teaching and education, Chinese math teachers and educators begin to adopt new ways in appraising test paper to enlighten math teaching, but there still exist many problems in test paper appraising lessons. This paper tires to study the current situation of test paper appraising lessons and the existing problems in senior one and two by interviewing and conducting questionnaires to teachers and students, classroom observation as well as lesson plan analysis. The objects of this research are200students from one key middle school and200students from one ordinary middle school in Beijing,30Beijing math teachers and12math teachers from others provinces in China. This paper aims to find out appropriate ways to appraise test paper by analyzing the ideas and views towards current situation test paper appraising lessons from perspective of teachers and students. This paper consists of six parts.Chapter one is introduction which mainly states the background and meaning of this research; establishes research ideas and approaches as well as analyze and summarize literature review from the related research at home and abroad.Chapter two is rationale, which provides theoretical support for test paper appraising.Chapter three is methodology, which mainly illustrates the questionnaire design, research objects and supplement materials as well as the summary of the results.Chapter four is discussion and results. This part elaborates the current situation of math test paper appraising lesson, points out the existing problems and summarizes excellent math paper test appraising lesson.Chapter five is further analysis of math test paper appraising lessons for later studies.Chapter sixth is conclusion which summarizes the main findings of this research as followed.
