Ministry of Education to develop a " kindergarten teacher professional standards (Trial)" marks the kindergarten teacher education reform and development towards a higher level. Regional activities in an important position in the kindergarten "Outline" and the world pre-school sector has been established. Numerous studies have found that children under adult guidance through the activities in the area of its interaction with the environment and other aspects of the comprehensive development of body and mind is very critical. In this context, this study analyzed observations and interviews of a novice teacher and a proficient teacher guiding the course of conduct activities in order to investigate the proficient guidance of teachers and novice teachers in the area of behavioral characteristics and activities reveals factors affecting the novice teachers and proficient instructor differences in behavior. The study found that novice teachers and teachers in regional activities in the proficient guidance process, there is the behavior of novice teachers and guidance teachers proficient in common, and in the guidance of behavior-based teacher-initiated; guide the content knowledge and skills to guide children to focus mainly; guide the way and more general guidance based; guidance language use more inquisitorial type, style and clarifying suggestions, command style also occupy a high proportion; guiding themes and many more suggestions, and asked to explain the main results to guide behavior-based preschool instructor accepted. Proficient teachers and novice teachers there are significant differences in the way of guidance, guidance language type, guiding themes to guide the results, in particular in the way the proficient guidance of teachers reflect on more in-depth guidance than novice teachers; guide novice teachers than proficient language type teachers more sensible; guiding themes more proficient teacher is to explain and stop limit, and novice teachers are more concentrated in question and explain; guidance on the results, the validity of the results of the proficient guidance of instructor higher than novice teachers; guidance time on average per proficient guidance of teachers was significantly less than the novice teachers.This study is based on empirical research to promote novice teachers and teachers proficient guidance differences in regional activities were discussed. Both the presence of these common factors include:high pressure and high external load work; lack of self-monitoring capability education; lack of self-efficacy. Promote these different factors, including novice teachers and teachers proficient guidance exists in regional activities:lack of expertise; lack of professional competence; burnout spread; personality differences highlighted.Based on the above analysis, this study were novice teachers and experienced teachers in regional activities such as the ability to guide the professional development of a number of recommendations, Concerned about the content of the balance of the guidance; avoid regional activities during the "teaching" interference; reflection area activities guide behavior; establish a correct outlook on power of children; help rekindle the proficient teacher education passion and vitality; accelerate the pace of novice teachers’ professional growth; novice teachers to enhance professionalism, accountability.
