Classroom instruction is the central part of teaching,and the class teaching design is the starting point and foundation for teachers to create wonderful classrooms.The effect of teaching design directly affects the effect of classroom teaching,and make an efficient lesson plan should be the primary goal of every teacher.Today's world is in the midst of change,calling for innovation in education.Nowadays,the development of digital technologies,artificial intelligence and other technologies is affecting the change of teaching methods,and the covid-19 epidemic is affecting the development of online teaching,in this situation,teachers need to rethink teaching design,clarify what kind of teaching design is good in today's teaching environment,and what kind of efforts teachers need to make to prepare lessons.It is particularly noteworthy that teachers of different experience levels face different challenges when facing the same changes in the teaching environment.For example,how can novice teachers quickly adapt to changes? How can proficient teachers change their traditional thinking and keep up with the trend of the times? This study focuses on novice teachers and proficient teachers,compares their current situation of teaching design,analyzes their similarities and differences,and aims to give some suggestions for primary school novice teachers and proficient teachers to improve their teaching design capacity.Based on Constructivist learning theory,this study uses the literature method,questionnaire method,interview method and other research methods,selected 110 teachers from 5 primary schools in Z City for questionnaire survey,and randomly selected 10 teachers from them as interview subjects,conducted a comparative study from the four dimensions of teachers' teaching design cognition,teaching design content,teaching design method and teaching design implementation.This study uses SPSS22.0 to conduct frequency statistics and cross-analysis of the collected data,supplemented by text analysis of interview records,and draws the current situation of teaching design for novice teachers and proficient teachers: For novice teachers,their understanding of the connotation of teaching design lacks profundity;they are difficult in analyzing teaching materials and students' learning conditions,and they can't grasp difficult points accurately,but they can analyze their own advantages well;they are guided in group teaching design,they can accepted the new teaching design method well,but there is not much application;the teaching design habits need to be improved,and the reflection is not timely and profound.For proficient teachers,they can correctly understand the importance and connotation of teaching design,they are good at analyzing textbook and students,and they can consider the implementation of new concepts on the basis of accurately grasping the difficult points;they are skilled at individual teaching design,and they are dominant in group teaching design;they have much difficulties in using the new way of teaching design,although it is willing to accept;they have good teaching design habits,can make adequate preparation before class,and reflect in time after class.After the above comparation,we can find that novice teachers and proficient teachers have different performances in teaching design content,teaching design methods and teaching design habits.The author analyzes the reasons for the differences,and puts forward the following suggestions for improving the status quo: novice teachers should dig deep into the connotation of teaching design and prepare lessons on the basis of understanding;learn theory and shape teaching design thinking;reduce the dependence on teaching reference,design independently;try a variety of teaching design methods to establish an effective personalized teaching design model;develop good teaching design habits,make sure that the preparation before class is sufficient,the response during class is improvised,and the reflection after class is profound.Proficient teachers should be wary of slack in teaching design,keep up with the trend of the times;make efforts to prepare for lessons and tests,and step out of their comfort zone.Proficient teachers and novice teachers should gather wisdom to optimize homework design.Schools should play a leading role in providing teachers with teaching design training,establishing a teaching design system,and standardizing the allocation of teacher affairs.
