Teacher behavior’s study is the discussion of teachers’behavior rule in the classroom teaching environment, and it guides teachers’behavior to the direction of the expectations. Time is the specific condition of classroom teaching, and a good grasp of the teaching time is the premise of implementing effective classroom teaching. In order to implementation of the new curriculum, Chemistry teacher is how to plan the classroom teaching time in the classroom teaching.Through literature study, classroom observation and statistics analysis method, this paper analyses two novice teachers and two proficient teachers on the "chemical bonds and chemical reaction " in order to find out the novice teachers and the proficient teachers’ instructional behavior chain and teaching time’s characteristics and correlation.It can be concluded to analyze "chemical bonds and chemical reaction", count and compare the data on two novice teachers and two proficient teachers’instructional behavior chain.1. Both the novice teachers and the proficient teachers use more than30instructional behavior chains in teaching class.2. In complete the teaching tasks, novice teachers adopts traditional teaching, use many E and D instructional behavior chains; but the proficient teachers is heuristic, use many C instructional behavior chains more and some B instructional behavior chains. Therefore, proficient teachers appear more good instructional behavior chains than novice teachers in the classroom teaching.3. All kinds of instructional behavior chains appear alternately, IBC-moment curve present jagged.4. Instructional behavior chain and teaching time is a positive correlation. In instructional behavior chain which the students to participate in, there is a big difference between the novice teachers’and proficient teachers in leaving students’ time. In C instructional behavior chain, the novice teachers’time is about11.5-1, teachers and proficient teachers’time is about4-1. In the B instructional behavior chain, the novice teachers’time is about4-1, proficient teachers’time is about1.5-1Through the above concluded, the author put forward some suggestions:novice teachers should pay attention to the chemical knowledge logic and systematic; pay more attention to the student; according to different contents of teaching to select appropriate instructional behavior chain.
