Research On The Training Mode Of "sports And Education Combination" Of Competitive Sports Talents

Since the founding of new China,under the background of the ‘Whole Nation System',ignoring the all-round development of competitive sports talents,China's competitive sports talents training has mainly focuses on the athletic training,and it emphasizes the benefits of the nation or the local government instead of the individual comprehensive interests of athletes,showing little concern to the athletes' growing up.In the case,it has greatly affected the training mode of athletic talents,which has formed a situation only attaching much to the competitive sports training as well as despising the cultural learning,only highlighting the sports competition results and light weighting the individual members' full development,and it only values the current interests,making light of most athletes' future.In order to promote the sustainable development of competitive sports,China actively carries out ‘Training Combination of Sports and Education' in the course of the training of competitive sports talents.“Training Combination of Sports and Education'' is the key to solve the contradiction between sports training and cultural learning which requires students not only to learn the cultural knowledge well but also to well master related special skills of competitive sports.Though the carrying out of the strategy of ‘Training Combination of Sports and Education' and the reform of the traditional mechanism of the athletic sports talent training,it is doomed to form the talent training paying attention to both the physical training and the culture learning,which will make the student athletes become the comprehensive developing talents enjoying great advantages in superb sports level,rich cultural knowledge as well as fine moral quality,and finally produces the useful special sports talents who can well adapt to the needs of the society.This paper analyzes and sorts out the history of the development of the China's competitive sports talents training mode of “Training Combination of Sports and Education” in the recent 30 years.The author also systematically clarifies the basic theory of the mode of “Training Combination of Sports and Education” from the two dimensions of cultural education and physical education.Having taken Yuxi sports school as a case study and deeply analyzed the present situation,achievements and the existing problems of the training mode of Yuxi sports school and learned the advanced typical experience from domestic areas and other foreign countries,on the basis of analyzing and summarizing,this paper will come up with the countermeasures of perfecting and improving the competitive sports talents training mode of “Training Combination of Sports and Education”.Yuxi sports school has set up the competitive sports talents training mode of “Training combination of Sports and Education” since 1988 when it was founded.And it has produced groups of outstanding competitive sports talents.But meanwhile,there are also still some obstacles in concept,system,and practice.The ideal “Training Combination of Sports and Education has not been completely accomplished..In order to further improve the training mode of “Training Combination of Sports and Education”,the following three aspects should be improved: First,establish a new concept including comprehensive development,common development and the concept of physical education returning education.Second,innovate the system,build the united organizations and clear the responsibilities of various departments.Third,be brave in practice,guide the students to take the initiative to learn under the condition of closing cultural education and physical training.The coaches and the teachers of culture class are required to integrate into “Training Combination of Sports and Education” actively.
