Take China for example, we are conducting e-textbooks on a rathersmall scale, mainly in primary and secondary schools in major cities. This kind of educationresearch is not adequate for our country. The majority of students in China are still in secondor third-class cities. How to fulfill the needs of the majority is what we should focus on. Part five, the development of information technologye-textbooks in high school in Hebei province. This chapter is the core of the dissertation, specifically introduced the steps of e-textbooks from designing to developing, including thepreparation, researching, testing and evaluating. Part six, drawing conclusion. Summarizingthe analyzing the drawbacks.This research is set up in Hebei province research,, mainly focus on the development ofe-textbooks, from designing to testing. In order to make the results more to the point andapplicable, the methods, steps and software were used in the research were under theconsideration of the level of the schools’ information technology.
