Along with the progress of social democratic rule of law and the development of the lawitself, the law, the legal system has become a very popular topic. Law plays an indispensablerole in the civic life, in which the content of the right also gradually be taken seriously, theprinciple of people-oriented policy gives citizens their rights emphasis on another level. Thetargets of sports enhancement of the country make people pay more attention to sports rights.Students’ sports rights are specified or implied in the legal norms, to realize the lawrelationships, students in various kinds of relevant sports activities can require school, family,society, or not to make some kind of behavior to achieve the interests of a free andqualification. This special group college students both citizens and students, enjoy sportsrights double identity.Sports rights is one of the most important rights of college students.College students can fully encounter it in the school sports teaching and sports. But the extentof the university students’ sports rights implementation is not optimistic, and there are stillmore infringement of sports events. These adverse events have many causes, includingambiguous understanding state of college students’ sports rights. That there are some outdatedideas, which only focus on one kind of rights of college students, and ignore the importanceof sports rights. The lack of sports right cognition prevents the students from knowing how toget their sports rights. In order to better carry out sports education, guarantee the realization ofstudents’ sports rights, students’ sports rights cognitive study is very necessary.This research mainly uses the methods of literature, survey, mathematical statistics, logicanalysis and other research methods. Taking college students in Hebei province as theresearch objects, using questionnaires to get a comprehensive understanding and master thesituation of Hebei province university students’ sports rights cognition, reasonable measuresare put forward for the existing problems. It is designed to make students know their ownsports rights, so as to improve students’ sports rights concept, cultivate and inspire collegestudents’ sports rights protection consciousness, actively safeguard their legal rights. At thesame time, it can make the education leadership and PE teachers take the student as the mainbody, guide the student to form the correct sports ideas and habits, ensure the implementationof the students’ sports rights. It also can contribute to the development of the sports teaching in college and universities, has important theoretical significance and practicalsignificance.This thesis mainly deals with the influence factors analysis of university students’ sportsrights cognitive: the imperfect legal system, lack of legal relief for university students’ sportsrights, small state propaganda, weak law enforcement supervision strength, the unreasonabledesign of the school curriculum education, etc. Finally, it puts forward the idea of universitystudents’ sports rights cognition, which should perfect the laws and regulations, strengthen thesports rights of publicity and law enforcement supervision, develop the sports club, tostrengthen the strategy of PE teachers’ right to education, etc.
