"Human Rights edited into Constitution" asks the whole society to receive education on human rights. There is a long way to go to improve the quality of the citizens' human rights. As a concept, human rights should be widely spread into people's daily life. School education is a vital start point. The author talks about the human rights education in middle school in China in the following aspects:(1)This dissertation starts from the beginning and development of the human rights and explores the human rights education and related concepts. It is concluded that complete human rights education should be lifted to the high level of development of personality/character. Human rights education emphasizes the importance of experience learning. (2)The status of our middle school human rights education is worrying.The author thinks it is necessary to give middle school students some education on human rights,and human rights education in middle school is a must for all the middle school students.(3) By analyzing the law on human rights ,the author believes it is feasible to give middle students some education on human rights. (4)The author also does some research on the content and process of middle school human rights education .This dissertation suggests to reflect human rights education into the curriculums. The core content of human rights for the middle school should be "respect self, respect others". Meanwhile, it is suggested to integrate human rights education into the environment construction and school policy to build up the structure of the school human rights education system.
