Chinese free combat has a distinct Chinese characteristic. It is not only animportant part of the martial arts, but also an important part of the Chinese nationexcellent traditional culture. Free combat teaching courses in normal universities canhelp college students inherit and carry forward Chinese excellent traditional culture,cultivate students’ competitive consciousness, perseverance and positive spirit, makestudents develop the good moral characters of respecting teachers and loving friends,following the discipline, unity and mutual assistance, and trustworthy, righteousbehavior, winning without pride and losing with grace; And help students build upself-confidence, self-improvement, the pursuit of the confidence of the strong, sets upthe lifelong sports consciousness. In addition, the free combat also has the functionsof physical fitness, self-defense, edify sentiment, cultivate martial art, strengthen thestudents’ psychology to bear ability, which can promote the comprehensivedevelopment and the physical and mental health of college students, enable studentsto better adapt to the life, the competition, and the society. Free combat teachingcourses in normal universities is an important way to popularize free combat, and alsothe quality of the free combat teaching has a direct impact on the popularization of thefree combat. Therefore, investigating and researching the factors influences thequality of free combat teaching in ordinary universities, and is helpful to furtherstandardize the free combat teaching classroom in ordinary universities, improve thequality of free combat teaching, and promote the promotion and popularization of freecombat course. It has the positive significance for students’ growth and developmentand for the national excellent culture heritage.By the research of free combat teaching quality in common colleges anduniversities in Beijing, this paper aims to analyze the related factors influencing theteaching quality of free combat and make out the factors influencing the Beijingcollege free combat teaching quality of basic indicators, which provide theoreticalbasis and reference for deepening the reform of physical education of colleges anduniversities and improving the university teaching quality of free combat. Meanwhile, it will promote the popularization of the free combat course and the inheritance ofexcellent national tradition culture in Beijing.This article uses the literature data method, questionnaire method, expertinterview method and mathematical statistics method. We can get the conclusionthrough the study:1.At present, there are obvious gaps in the free combat teachers’ own quality inBeijing municipal ordinary university, including the low level of professional andtechnical education, low proportion of senior titles, serious age polarization, poorteaching ability and boring teaching methods, which can not adapt to the modern freecombat teaching, and the teacher’s ethics and service consciousness can still beimproved, etc.; The students have less offensive and defensive practices, which leadto their inadequate actual combat and various factors have a direct effect on theregular institutions of higher learning in Beijing free combat teaching quality. Inaddition, there are relatively insufficient teachers, some universities pay less attentionon free combat course, less investment on the free combat program, which directlyshow the poor site conditions and the poor teaching environment.2. Schools and students tend to take the final grade of the physical education asthe evaluation standard for basic quality of free combat teaching, which directly affectthe quality of free combat teaching, and also have an influence on the students’interest in free combat course, learning attitude, etc.3. Because of the students evaluation for teachers teaching, the sports managersin university should have a positive attitude of people-oriented, constantly improvethe evaluation system for teachers in a scientific, humanized and rationalized way,perfect the teachers’ responsibility and guarantee mechanism, eliminate teachersconcern for the responsibility in free combat sports curriculum teaching for students’injury, avoid the occurrence of the concerns affecting the completion of the teachingplan and teaching content.4. According to the research, free combat teaching in common colleges anduniversities in Beijing have many problems in teaching materials, the syllabus, theformulation of teaching content and the implementation of teaching method, such as the outmoded teaching materials, a single content and teaching method and so on. Inorder to guarantee the implementation of free combat teaching, teacher should makethe outline of teaching content according to their own physical quality condition ofstudents.5. The Beijing ordinary university sports ground has the problem of more peoplebut less sites. There is a certain gap compared with the basic equipped standardstipulated by the state, which affects the school sports teaching quality, and mainly inthe restriction of the scientific time arrangements of the physical education course, theset of classroom teaching content and the sports teaching organization form.(1)Lacking of colleges and universities sports ground affects the students’ extracurricularsports activities, according to the research, among the factors of contemporary collegestudents to participate in little regular physical exercise, the lack of facilities rankedthe first place.(2)Lacking of colleges and universities sports ground affects theextracurricular sports training. The quantity and quality of the school sports ground donot meet the requirements of the extracurricular sports training, which make itdifficult to organize more extracurricular sports training.(3)Lacking of colleges anduniversities sports ground affects the school extracurricular sports competition.Students have strong desire to participate in extracurricular sports competition, butthere are52.9%of the students had never taken part in extracurricular sportscompetition,49.8%think that the lack of sports facilities is the main factor restrictingthem to take part in extracurricular sports competition.
