Research On The Law Of Technical Victory Of High Level Free Boxing Athletes

The free boxing movement originated in the United States in 1970 s.It absorbed the essence of fighting in different countries and developed into the present standing free combat.In recent years,China's free combat competitions have developed rapidly,and the major fights can be described as masters,which promotes the continuous improvement of technical and tactical level.Judging from the high-level free combat competition held,our small-level athletes have made good achievements in this project,but there is still a certain gap between the level of athletes above 70 kg and the level of foreign high-level free fighters when competing on the same stage.According to the analysis and research of theoretical data,there are few studies on the winning law of free combat technology.Therefore,how to grasp the winning law of high-level Free Combat Athletes and improve their competitive level.How to improve the technical level of free fighters in China,from theory to training,requires in-depth study.In order to find out the reasons,this study takes the winning factors of free combat technology as the starting point,and on this basis summarizes the winning rules of high-level free combat athletes,which provides a good theoretical basis for the long-term development of free combat in China.By using the methods of documentation,video observation,mathematical statistics,logical analysis,comparative analysis,expert interview and case analysis,this paper draws the following conclusions:1.On the basis of controlling the time difference and space difference,the technique of high-level Free-fighting athletes is rhythmic.2.The winning factors of high-level free combat techniques are "fast","complete","continuous","change","accurate","control","force" and "absolute".They take "fast" as the center,take "complete" as the basis,take "quasi" as the goal,take "force" as the key and "change" as the motive force;and "continuous","absolute" and "control" are the key factors.Expressions of "fast","complete","accurate","force" and "change".3.On the basis of the eight winning factors,the technical winning factors of middle-level and high-level free fighters highlight two points: the tendency of "combination",the precision of hitting,the powerful hitting and the exquisite technique.4.On the basis of the eight winning factors,the technical winning factors of high-level freelance fighters of large rank highlight two points: heavy fists and legs,one will win;the combination of two fists is the main,and the technique is precise.
