Job performance has always been an important studie in management psychlogy.Theprevious studies on the aboard show that the relationship between proaetive personality andjob performance closely,but there are few domestic studies at home.In addition,bothachievement motivation and proaetive personality and job performance have closerelationship,but there is no study on the relationship between the three of achievementmotivation,proaetive personality and job performance.This study takes middle school teachers as study object,who has few mentioned on thejob performance and proaetive personality studies.It investigates the relationship betweenachievement motivation, and job performance.Through the Independent Samples TTest,Correlate analysis,Regrssion Analysis and Path Analysis,the researeh draws conclusions:1.Proaetive personality and job performance of the middle school students on all of thedemographic variables.In addition,There are no singnificant differences between achievementmotivation on gender and age,but there are differences on teaching section,teaching subjectand whether occupy class teacher.The achievement motivation of juior school teachers aresingnificantly higer than teachers in senior high school teachers.The avodiding failuremotivation of the class teachers are singnificantly higer than the teachers not in charge of aclass.The teachers teaching music,sport,art and computer,whose avodiding failure motivationare singnificantly higer than the other teachers.2.Proaetive personality shows a significant positive relationship with achievementmotivation.Achievement motivation can account for proaetive personality.3.Proaetive personality shows a significant positive relationship with jobperformance.Proaetive personality can also account for job peformance.4.Achievement motivation shows a significant positive relationship with jobperformance. Achievement motivation can also account for job peformance.5.Proaetive personality acts as an Intermediary in the relationship between achievementmotivation and job peformance.
