Research On The Relationship Between Personality Traits And Achievement Motivation Of Juvenile Tennis Players

Nowadays,with the rapid development of competitive sports,the competition among athletes has been transferred from technique and tactics to psychological tactics,because the athletes' technique level is becoming mature and perfect day by day,it is hard to be divided only by technique and tactics.In the professional competition,the psychological factor gradually becomes the key factor for the athletes to win the competition.In order to perfect the theory of mind system of juvenile tennis players,to understand the basic characteristics of the personality of juvenile tennis players and the level of their achievement motivation,and to explore the relationship between the personality traits and achievement motivation of juvenile tennis players,to explore whether the personality traits of juvenile tennis players affect the formation and development of their achievement motivation,so as to enable coaches to understand the personality characteristics of athletes and their achievement motivation,and to take targeted training,to ensure that juvenile tennis players in the future training can be more scientific,more in line with the development of young athletes training system,and thus promote the development of young tennis faster,higher,stronger direction.In this paper,the age of 16-18-year-old juvenile tennis players as the study object,using the literature,Questionnaire Survey,Mathematical Statistics and logical analysis,clear the research ideas,and screen,statistics and analysis of a large number of data,as a scientific support.First of all,from the perspective of personality traits,this paper sums up the personality traits and their measurement methods,and makes an understanding and analysis of the basic personality characteristics of juvenile tennis players of different sex,different sports grades and different places of origin,from the perspective of the achievement motivation of juvenile tennis players,to understand the basic situation of the achievement motivation of juvenile tennis players of different gender,different sports grades and different origins;This paper analyzes and discusses the relationship between personality traits and achievement motivation of juvenile tennis players,and probes into the influence of personality traits on achievement motivation of juvenile tennis players.The conclusion is as follows:1.There are significant differences in personality traits and achievement motivation between male and female juvenile tennis players.The differences of personality traits are as follows: In the dimension of Agreeableness and emotion,the score of female athletes is higher than that of male athletes;.The difference of achievement motivation is as follows: Male athletes score higher than female athletes on social recognition scale and perceptual experience scale.2.There were significant differences in personality traits and achievement motivation among juvenile tennis players of different sports grades.The differences of personality traits are as follows: In extroversion and openness,the first-class athletes score higher than the second-class athletes.The differences of achievement motivation were asfollows: The first-class athletes scored higher than the second-class athletes on the subscales of athletic performance improvement,entertainment and perceptual experience;Level 2 players score higher than level 1 players.3.There was no significant difference in the personality traits of the juvenile tennis players from different origins,and the achievement motivation of the juvenile tennis players from different origins had significant difference only in the effort orientation subscale,there was no significant difference on the other subscales.4.There is significant correlation between personality traits and achievement motivation,and there is regression correlation.
