Research About The Causes And Influence Of Villages’ Decline Of Chongqing’s Poor Mountain

In our country, the fundamental national condition of huge rural area and the rural population accounts decides the importance of research on China’s rural areas. Along with the development about our country’s industrialization and urbanization, the great changes have taken place in rural area, especially poor mountain’s village:a lot of rural labor force migrated, a large area of the Land abandoned, vacant housing, environment worsening and so on, the result is a large village of impoverished and a mountainous area in decline. Poor mountain’s village is not only engaged in individual agricultural settlement, its existence, development, decline and rebirth are closely related with China’s industrialization and urbanization. In order to better promote China’s industrialization and urbanization, the factors of production in poor mountain’s village are lacing combination of requirements. But, the neglect about the poor mountain’s village development in the long time caused the present situation of poor mountain’s village lagging behind the social economic development. Therefore, careful research to the poor mountain’s village was the way to push poor mountain’s village transformation, promote the coordinated development of urban and rural, pave the way for China’s urbanization and industrialization. This study has a certain practical significance for the re-planning, development about poor mountain’s village and urbanization in our country.Analysis about a mountain village of southwest Chongqing for the case to villages recession, Thesis has six chapters:Chapter General, including research background, content and structure, use of technology, such as routes and methods; Chapter II study reviews and theoretical learning, including research and review of relevant domestic and international economic theory learn; Chapter III a village is a village recession scenario analysis, including the village concept and connotation of recession, the decline in the performance of the village, the nature of the decline of the village and the analysis of a village; Chapter Ⅳ is the impact of the decline of the village Analysis of factors and the impact on regional development; fifth chapter is the conclusion of the study and application of policies; six chapter is the conclusion of the study.In view of most villages fading are starting from the architectural aesthetics, social cultural and human geography. From the perspective of economics and management, one hand, this paper discusses the causes of the decline of village, including natural environment, social and economic factors and Cultural and institutional factors and so on; on the other hand, this paper discusses the influence of the decline of village, including the influence on the development of modern agriculture, the impact on the supply of public goods in rural areas, impact on the democracy at the grassroots level and the influence on rural cultural.Taking A village as the case, through the analysis of incentive for village fading and this phenomenon’s influence on local, the emphasis of this paper is trying to card the logic of village fading, to gain a deeper understanding of the nature of village fading and to do something for our country’s industrialization and urbanization construction.From the view of the world, the village’s decline is one stage in the village itself development process (production, development, decline, rebirth or die), is an irreversible trend and an objective phenomenon, there is no good or bad. The final purpose of this paper is weakening the effect what caused by fading village to our country industrialization and urbanization, In the last, the paper give some suggestions from the household registration system, rural property rights paid exit mechanism, rural homestead management systems, planning and implementation of village construction, rural infrastructure, the implementation of agricultural policy and so on, these suggestions provide a reference for the relevant departments when they are dealing with current issues in rural China.
