Study On The Changes Of Korean Villages Under The Background Of Population Flows

After 40 years of reform and opening-up,social mobility has become the normal.From the macro level social mobility accelerates the pace of socio-economic progress to a certain extent,strengthens exchanges between people of all ethnic groups,promotes the diversification of social and cultural trends,breaks the rigid social class,and promotes the progress of a harmonious society.From the micro level,individuals improve their social status through social mobility and obtain better material life and spiritual life.But it also brings a series of problems,such as rural hollowization,the loneliness of empty nesters in their old age,and the neglect of the left-behind children.Especially the in ethnic minority areas,there is a large outflow of population,the development of villages is in trouble,and the cultural inheritance of ethnic characteristics is scarce.Taking Hongqi Village of Wanbao Town,Antu County,Yanbian District,Jilin Province as the research object,this paper studies the dilemma and future development trend of Korean villages in the process of change under the background of population flow.Based on the sociological theory and field research,this paper makes an empirical analysis of the social change of Hongqi Village,and puts forward feasible countermeasures and suggestions according to the situation of field research.This paper is mainly divided into the following four parts:The first part includes the introduction of the first chapter,which introduces the background,purpose and significance of the study,reviews the relevant literature on village changes,points out the theoretical basis of this paper and defines the relevant concepts.The second part includes Chapter II and Chapter III.The second chapter describes the overall situation and changing characteristics of the villages in Yanbian Korean Autonomous Prefecture.The third chapter analyses the historical changes and influencing factors of Hongqi Village,and finds out the predicament of the village development,including the lack of spiritual consolation for the leftbehind elderly,the weak cultural awareness of the young people,and the dissolution crisis of the village entity.The reasons for the dilemma are analyzed,including the weakening of individual,family and rural community functions,the internal promotion and external attraction of ethnic culture,and the serious loss of Korean youth population.The third part,namely the fourth chapter,draws lessons from the experience of the development of minority villages at home and abroad,and combines with the characteristics of Korean villages to obtain the enlightenment of the subsequent development.The fourth part,namely the fifth chapter,puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for the plight of the development of Korean villages.
