With the development of education informatization constantly,virtual learning community gradually enters people’s field of vision, its theory and application have attracted more and more attention in recent years’studies. Virtual learning community is the sense of belonging to the community of learners at a recognized environmental, community service, under the premise of community culture itself attributable to the psychological state of a virtual learning community. Learners in the community to actively participate in various activities to get the attention and respect, and in the process of learning, communication, meet the needs of self-development, and in thinking, emotional and psychological produce deeper love and attachment to the community. Sense of community is the important factor to guarantee the virtual learning community,good stability, sustainable development, is the soul of the community. This paper mainly aimed at the factors that enhance the virtual learning community to get a sense of belonging and propose appropriate strategies.This paper provides a new perspective to the research of virtual learning community, the main research content has the following several aspects:(1) Related concepts of the virtual learning community definition.theories and research review. First, define the Web2.0, a sense of belonging, a sense of community, the concept of virtual learning community, elaborated relevant to the research hierarchy of needs theory, social identity theory, group dynamics theory, social theory and various theories on the existence of the study Implications of these concepts and theories of the study provides a theoretical support. Secondly, virtual learning community, a sense of community research status were reviewed to find a meeting point between the two, identifying research topics.(2) The influence factors of virtual learning community belonging to obtain investigation. Through questionnaires to understand the factors affecting the enhanced virtual learning community a sense of belonging, according to the relationship between various factors and construct the model of virtual learning community research.(3) The design and development of research on the supporting platform for virtual learning community sense of belonging. In the platform design theory, combined with the platform design principles, platform requirements analysis, design the function modles and content platform, then use Spacebuilder build a Web2.0platform.(4) The virtual learning community belonging research analysis of the strategy. Invite some educational technology professional Southwest University undergraduates, graduate students participate in practical application platform and through social network analysis, CMC content analysis to analyze the effect of its application, the last from four aspects to enhance a sense of belonging strategy.The results showed that:the learners of virtual learning community share a common goal, agree with each other, interact frequently, has a strong sense of belonging to the community, but due to reasons such as interactive depth and breadth of not enough, lead to part of the learner in the edge state. This enhanced sense of belonging summarized the four strategies:perfecting the hard environment, soft culture of the community is helpful to enhance the satisfaction of the virtual learning community; build a unique community psychological environment conducive to the promotion of the virtual learning community identity; rich interaction, focusing on emotional communication can help virtual learning communities to improve the interaction force between learners; evaluation and incentive, normative constraints, involved in managing a virtual learning community could guarantee the development of the virtual learning community.
