With the urbanization of China, the scope of urban land acquisition and relocation has been expanding, and Large amount of rural residents have lost their farmland and become non-agricultural groups.According to the relocation policy, this group lives in the newly built community environment and becomes urban residents, and the community they live in also becomes "rural to non-farm communities".However, because of the difference in urban-rural dichotomy, lifestyle and values, some community residents experience a series of problems such as less frequent neighborhood interaction, weaker willingness to participate in the community, blurred identity, and weak sense of belonging to the community."residents encounter difficulties in the process of integrating into the city. This paper investigates and analyzes the current situation and factors influencing the sense of belonging of the residents in the "farm-to-fork community" through questionnaires and field interviews, using community identity and system model theory, and selecting the typical "farm-to-fork community" M community in Zhengzhou as the sample area.Through preliminary interviews and participant observation, combined with the literature of existing studies, the author selected five indicators: community attachment, community liking, community ownership, community concern, and community organization identity, and further quantified the indicators to understand the current situation of the sense of belonging in M community. After measuring through quantitative methods,it was found that the current sense of belonging of M community residents is low;based on this research combined with existing studies, the author proposed four hypotheses: four aspects of personal factors, neighborhood interpersonal relationships, community participation, and community satisfaction are positively related to and have significant effects on the sense of belonging in M community. The data survey on the factors influencing the sense of belonging in the community was conducted at four levels: personal factors(age, gender, marital status, education level, monthly income status, etc.),neighborhood interpersonal relationship, community involvement, and community satisfaction. In contrast, occupation and education had a weaker influence on the sense of belonging."The sense of community belonging of the residents who have switched from agriculture to non-agriculture is mainly influenced by community interpersonal relationship, community participation and community satisfaction, among which community interpersonal relationship is the most important and basic factor among the three factors, followed by community satisfaction and community participation. The hypotheses proposed in this paper were all verified to be valid. In the survey and analysis of the current situation of the sense of belonging in M community, the author also found that there are problems in M community such as the relationship between residents' neighbors needs to be improved, the participation of people in activities is not high, the community satisfaction needs to be improved, and the culture construction and organization construction are missing. In response to these problems and the conclusions of the regression analysis of the factors influencing the sense of belonging in the community, the author targeted the corresponding solution strategies: First,Social work level: the path of conducting social work links to promote urban integration of residents who have been transferred from agriculture to non-agriculture.Focus on the construction of community positions for middle-aged male residents, build a community participation platform for young people, promote the participation of the elderly in community activities, and increase the economic sources of low-income groups;Second,Neighborhood relationship and community participation enhancement strategies: hold community activities to give residents new interesting relationships, build a network platform for residents' interaction, and hold special community activities to create a harmonious community atmosphere;Third,Community satisfaction enhancement strategies: enhance governance of community public environment, create new community security, enhance community medical service infrastructure, and build community public activity areas;Fourth,Multi-objects sharing strategy: play the core role of community party organizations, play the leading role of autonomous organizations in the community, actively explore the mechanism of common participation of residents, and carry out the construction of community culture and organizational identity. The author aims to investigate and study the sense of belonging of the residents who have been transferred from agriculture to non-agriculture,so that they can have a clear understanding of the state of community belonging and the current community construction, and also provide a feasible reference for the relevant departments to solve the problem of the sense of belonging of the residents who have been transferred from agriculture to non-agriculture.
