Football is deeply loved by the people all over the world, it has a broad mass base, great influence. Through football teenagers enjoy football bring joy but also enhance the physical quality, cultivate their positive qualities, so that more young people to participate in the football. Research purposes: China is the birthplace of football, football from the beginning, has a good mass base and good development space, soccer sports development in various regions of china. In order to consolidate the foundation of Chinese football, major colleges and universities are also involved in the development of football career, has made significant achievements. This research adopts the source of heart rate variability and response to 31 colleges and universities high level football player in the Omega Wave system, the energy metabolism system function, EEG, explosive force of the lower limbs and other physical indicators of the test, the high level football player research and analysis of College physical.Methods: This study used experimental method, the test of high level soccer players in the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region colleges and university body shape and physical indicators, through the understanding of the physical fitness of athletes present situation, further analysis of high level football players physical fitness. The measured results of each index data using Spss data processing.Results: the heart rate variability of high level soccer players in Colleges and universities in the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region is higher than that of ordinary college students. Aerobic capacity index, phosphoric acid system index, energy supply system to adapt to the index, the anaerobic threshold heart rate at a low level. Reaction time, lower limb explosive force is also lower than the national team and Olympic football players.Conclusion and suggestion: high level soccer players in Colleges and universities is the most central nervous fatigue, fatigue resistant ability is poor. Energy metabolism ability need to be improved. High level soccer players in the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region colleges and universities overburdened liver detoxification system. In response, lower limb explosive strength of high level soccer players in Colleges and universities in the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region and the level of national team and Olympic football players gap. Therefore, in the process of training, the coaches should monitor the athletes’ fatigue state of attention, so that athletes recover in time to play, and training them in good condition input. To increase the number and intensity of training, increase training time, to improve the physical fitness of athletes through the game. Athletes train the good life habit, rational, scientific diet and nutrition supplement on the. For athletes, reaction ability, and lower limb muscle strength and explosive force should be given enough attention. Each Inner Mongolia universities should constantly improve the ability of coaches’ knowledge and advice.
