The Management Research In Community Grid Of Huhhot Yuquan District

With the rapid change of the economic system of our country and the development of urbanization, the great changes happened in the social organization at present. Hundreds of millions of idle labors in the countryside come into the cities, and live with the native city dwellers in the same community. The social functions of community units in the planned economy period gradually turning to the market economy, the unit person strikingly marked with the stamps of the times is gradually change into the "community person". The importance of community is highlighted, the autonomy ability is further strengthening, and the community as the city of cellular functions is further developed. As a part of the urban management, the effectiveness of community management directly decides the management order of a city. However, as the further integration between the different social classes and the social occupational groups, all sorts of contradictions also highlight in the community. In the face of the complicated social environment, how to effectively take advantage of community resources and construct a harmonious and stable management order propose the challenge to the community management mode.In2004, Beijing dongcheng district pioneered urban grid management, has obtained the remarkable result. In March2012, Hohhot imports of community grid management pattern, the main purpose of this approach is to solve many problems of the current community management, optimize allocation of community resources, and improve the community governance administrative efficiency.This paper takes Hohhot Yuquan district as the object of empirical study. First of all, on the basis of predecessors’ research, integration of the related research achievements of community grids management, discusses the theoretical basis of grid management, main content, basic characteristic and the necessary conditions for content, and analyzes the necessity of the grid management. Second, based on the theoretical research, researched the actual urban communities, combined with global urban development goals of Hohhot, this paper takes empirical research of grid management for the community in Yuquan district. Third, through the introduction of several typical grid management modes, this paper summarizes experience worthy of learning in city grid management of our country. Finally, on the basis of the theory and empirical studies put forward, this paper aimed at the community governance countermeasure of Yuquan area, and put forward some suggestions in order to optimize the grid management work in Yuquan district.
