Community Service Grid Management Model And Implementation Strategy

Since the year 1984, civil administration department has issued the concept of community service, with the innovation of economy system and the development of city construction, our national community service construction has gained prominent success. But compared with incessant perfection hardware development, the software lagged evidently, designing the management mode of the community service according to our national practicality reasonably has been paid attention and been solved as the task of current modern city management. During our national the eleventh five-year plan, the community service system construction has been issued the main development planning target and main task.Modern community service management holds together the social stabilization, aims at harmonious society, pays attention to harmony unite of economic and social benefit. It has the fundamentally difference compared to company management with the benefit as the main purpose. There are many restrictive factors of community management, involved abroad fields. Community service not only needs to fulfill the demands the quantity, age, culture, economy, education etc factors of the residential population, but also shoulders the task of bridging of government and inhabitance, improves the task of national social spirit civilization construction. As for this, our national community service system management mode can not be copied the construction experience and mature theory of foreign developed countries; But our national community service study has always lagged in community system and mechanism aspect, lacking of practice summary and theory guidance in management mode aspect.Grid management, as one of the new-style digital management mode, has got the grand achievement in our national digital city construction. However, this management innovation application has not been attended in related field, as for this, this paper will apply grid management mode to the basic cell of city construction-community service. analysis our national community service current developing direction and management demand base, thorough study the thought and rack of community-service's grid management mode, explore the implementation strategy of community-service's grid management mode.
