With Regard To Rural And Pastoral Areas Of Study Initiation School Layout Adjustment

"Decision on the Basic Educational Reform and Development" was issued by the State Council in2011, and then the nationwide primary and secondary distribution adjustment work comprehensively conducted for the second time. With the reduction of school-age population in rural areas and acceleration of urbanization, the former old model "village do school" has not adapted to the reality. The purpose of the policy is to save and share the educational resource by the combining school model. This policy has brought some benefits, but we can not deny its negative effects.This paper analyzes the problems caused by the adjustment policy of primary school in the countryside and pastoral area according to the survey data on accompanied study parents who rent house near the Uula primary school in Tianshan, the central town of Aru Khorqin Banner from the perspective of the development of educational anthropology and anthropology by participant observation, interview surveys, case analysis method. Those problems include changes in family relationships, family economic burden, physical and psychological health of children, lack of family education, educational equity issues etc, and put forward some suggestions and ideas for reference.This paper is structured as follows:The first chapter is the introduction; the second chapter is the school layout adjustment profile of Aru Khorqin. In the third chapter, the author points out the problems caused by the adjustment of school layout. The fourth chapter discusses the reflections on the issues of the adjustment. Fifth chapter is the conclusion part.
