In the stage of socialism, fair justice is the first feature of the construction of a harmonious society, to achieve nationwide social fairness is the key of the building a harmonious socialist society. Social justice involves multiple level, concentrated on the basic livelihood of the people of the fair, which as the most basic right to education fair, always treated as realizing the social fairness and justice "the greatest tool". Education is the cornerstone of social progress and national promotion. Popularization education is an important content of promoting social development, the education development degree not only affects the pace of a country and the whole society, more determines the country's level of economic development and international status, fundamentally restricts the development of a country road. Education fair is a problem in the field of education, not only is more closely related to economic and social development, let the limited education resources to get the most reasonable allocation, to promote social and economic interests to get maximum play. In the process of socialist development and the popularization of education equality, it is of great significance to the development of modern knowledge-based model for all social main body to create a good competition opportunity, further reduce social injustice, and promote social steady development.But for a long time, China's education in urban and rural areas, between different regions, formed a big gap between the allocation of education resources differ in thousands ways, there are many unreasonable factors, site selection, teaching equipment, school enrolment conditions caused injustice "school district room", "school choice hot" and "trailing their children to school difficult problem", in view of the educatees belonging to different regions, urban and rural, teaching condition, education level also different. Lack of the education fair at the present stage in China, seriously affects the realization of social justice, has become China's socialist harmonious society to build the huge obstacle. According to the different stages of development process of realizing fair education by blocking, reform and achievements were analyzed, and the layers of progressive, summing up experience and lessons, and successfully completed the construction of a harmonious socialist society education fair.This thesis is divided into five parts, the first part is to analyze the importance of education in the process of social development; The second part is from the reform and opening up to the corresponding adjustment of education development, and highlights the problem of the present stage our country education fairness; The third part is the current an analysis of the causes of the problems in the development of education reform; The fourth part is after cause analysis put forward relevant countermeasures to promote education fair implementation; The fifth part is to summarize the full text, and prospects of education fairness to realize generalization. Paper combined with the actual education reform in our country, through the education development of our country highlights the hot topic of discussion, in the process of choosing a hot this problem, the education reform efforts, achievements obtained, through the detours, cause social problems, heat lodges the school district room, this paper analyzes the causes of forming this phenomenon and to select the main problem as the research object, attempts through to the cause of the problem and reform to recommend, further to make a study of optimization of reform for the construction of a harmonious socialist society in the process of people-oriented perspective of the realization of education fairness put forward corresponding countermeasures.
