A Reasonalization Research On Educational Distribution Of Secondary And Elementary School In Xixan County, Henan Province

Xixian, Henan province, as a county of the under development Midst of China, with large population and a big scale of education, its education development has been at the relative backwardness for a long time, the reasons of that may be various. But, on the basis of education economics theory, in the views of education distribution, what are the true causes of it, what are the main appearances, how large is the gap compare to the average level of the whole city, and what solutions and countermeasures should be found and adopted? With these questions, the thesis, with the eyesight of educational administration, from three points of view as follows: the scale of high school, vocational education development, and elementary education arrangement in the rural. With investigations and analyses in detail on the educational distribution of the county, the author makes following conclusions: the county should strongly further its high school education, accelerate its vocational education, take practical action to do well the distribution of its secondary and elementary schools, especially of its rural elementary schools. Then, the thesis puts up a series of correspondent adjustment scheme.Moreover, this thesis also moderately explores the question of schoolscale-controlling in the education adjustment procedure, and put foreward the related principles and a series of questions which should be obeyed or paid attention to.As to vocational education, the thesis studies the development situation of the whole city and the model county, so as to measure the gap between Xixian and other county. Besides this, the thesis brings forth the thoughts and related means to enlarge the vocational education proportion.The thesis takes the guidance of the theories of educational management, particularly the fundamental theories of educational economics, attaches importance to using the means of statistical analysis in the research. Meanwhile, it links closely with the local reality, widely refers to outside experiences, tries to apply the theories, also explain the policy, manifests the research's practical significance, also takes it to the education development of Xixian with the long term significance.The thesis can be divided into four parts:Part 1, states the present situation of educational distribution in Xixian;Part 2, the main problems lie in the elementary and middle schools distribution in Xixian County and the analysis on the causes.Part 3, the tentative plan to Xixian's elementary and middle schools reasonable distribution;Part 4, questions to which should be paid special attention in the procedure of the elementary and middle schools distribution adjustment of Xixian County.
