Teaching Chinese as a second language as a bridge linking China and the Philippines cultural exchanges.I found some questions about the phonological teaching in the10months of teaching life.so,I using voice test method,With Bias analysis, comparative analysis and interlanguage theory, etc,to analyzed the errors of the Philippines children.Firstlyl, I analyzed the Filipino children causes of phonological errors,Summed up the children in the Philippines initials law of errors,that1found that the Philippines cultural background and children in the Philippines features directly affects the second language acquisition of children in the Philippines.Secondly,I according to the oral English test table to get the initials acquisition difficulty level,And I according to the Philippines initials acquisition difficulty level made a teaching order list,I also put forward some effective teaching strategies to help students overcome the initial acquisition obstacles, help teachers initials teaching task smoothly.Finally, I put forward some teaching principle, like saw wrong must rectify and step-by-step to help teachers treat children errors of the teaching Chinese initials.
