Teaching And Research Of Group Competition Training, In University, Female Students’ Basketball Class

The basketball movement since its inception,has always been the majority ofyoung people,the elderly and the obsession,because the basic characteristics of it hasalways maintained a game and competition.However,for a long time,the basketballteaching we have distorted the ture colours fo school basketball"Popularization" and"recreation ".Female students in university basketball option class teaching, although many st-udents take a semester basketball,however,they’ve never played a game of basketball,basketball after class,they no longer contact with the basketball, university basketballoption class into ending their PE.The author thinks, to change the selection course of female’s Basketball Teachi-ng in Colleges and universities this undesirable phenomenon, we must change theteaching idea, change teaching methods, create a teaching competition as the mainform of teaching, let the students in the basketball class of the full enjoyment of thegame of basketball happy, excited students basketball interest in sports,culture oftenexercise habits, in order to change the present defects in the basketball options lessonteaching. Therefore, the author combines the method of operation of Sports League,refer to the small group teaching method, puts forward the method of "joyful sportsteaching idea of group competition" teaching method, and this teaching experimentwas conducted in the college girls basketball option class teaching.The experimental results show that:First, use "group competition" teaching method in college women basketballcourse teaching than the traditional teaching method, is conducive to the developmentof students’ stamina, and "group competition" teaching method and traditionalteaching method in the aspects of developing students’ quality of speed and strengthquality, has a similar effect.Second,the girls basketball option class teaching in the use of "groupcompetition" teaching method,compared with the traditional teaching method is moreconducive to the mastery and application of dribbling,shooting students comprehensi-ve technology, and the traditional teaching method in the students maste shot singletechnology, has obvious advantages than "group competition" Teaching method.Thirdly,"group competition" teaching method on the cultivation of college girlsbasketball skill formation teaching effect, teaching method is obviously superior tothe traditional skills.At last,the college girls basketball option class teaching in the use of "groupcompetition" teaching method,cultivate than the traditional teaching method ofbasketball skill is more conducive to students’ interest.
