Higher education in a country occupies a very important position, its quality directlyaffects the development of the country ’s political, economic, cultural and science andtechnology, and the quality of the university ’s own talent in turn affects the quality ofhigher education. Cradle of private universities as knowledge innovation and personneltraining, and its quality determines the quality of talent, university teachers are the keysubjects of education. Private colleges and teacher performance appraisal is approvedinstructor job performance, improve the level of private higher education teaching importantmeans of education. Performance appraisal is most modern means of social workers toevaluate the performance of the unit, the use of assessment results can enhance workerself-management. Although most of our private colleges stage more emphasis on teacherperformance assessment and developed a corresponding assessment programs and measures,but in general there are still drawbacks such as: lack of effective guidance, index system isnot science. Therefore, to improve and perfect appraisal system of private colleges anduniversities teachers significance. How to explore a set of suitable private colleges andeffective teacher performance appraisal system is an important research topic in the presentstage of China’s Private Colleges resources management manpower.In this paper, IBUB school as the research object, the use of modern theories ofperformance appraisal and assessment methods to the teacher performance appraisal inprivate colleges, private universities propose optimized for teacher performance appraisalsystem.
