With the greatest progress of the times, we have paced into a network media age.As a new favor of this age, Internet has become a very important channel for collegestudents’ study and entertainment. As a special group, college students are in therebellious youth period, they have strong sensitivity to new things, so it is no doubtthey will be influenced by the network. It has attracted people’s much attention thatnetwork will bring negative effects to college students, especially the negative impacton their values thinking from network public opinion. Thus in this diverse networktechnology advanced world, how to keep a right value thinking to college studentsis worth con siderating by us. On the basis of the analysis of contemporary networkpublic opinion, its present situation and college students’values thinking, this thesisputs forward the education countermeasures to strengthen college students’valuesthinking.This thesis is divided into five parts. This part will discussthem in details. The third part mainly analyzes the dual influence which is taken bythe network public opinion on college students values thinking. There is no doubt thatthe network public opinion takes positive influence on the college students’valuesthinking. It is helpful for students to choose correct value judgment; it also canimprove their political enthusiasm and moral progress.While like a double-edged sword, it also brings the negative influence to students. It can not be neglectedbecause the negative influence will lead to their wrong values judgment, behavior inbad manners and moral anomie. The fourth part mainly explores the factors ofnegative effects which is from network public opinion on college students’valuesthinking. It makes a comprehensive analysis from college students themselves, theirfamily, society, network and schools respectively. At last, the thesis mainly proposeseducation countermeasures to strengthen college students’values thinking under thebackground of network public opinion. If they want to reduce the negative effects to aminimum, college students themselves and all levels departments should recognizetheir importance and then put into action positively.The spread of network public opinion is the product of the rapid development ofscience and technology. It brings convenient campus life to the college students, at thesame time it also brings negative impact on their values thinking. College students arethe reserve force of national modernization construction, their values thinking directlyrelated to the country and the nation’s future and destiny. It can create a harmoniousand healthy network environment for college students only combined the government,schools, families and individuals ability to strengthen management.
