Study On The Relationship Between University Teachers And Students Trust

Trust permeates in all social activities and plays a vital role in the human social life,it is the moral foundation of lubricant, social solidarity and social relations,it is also the important guarantee of human social benign operation and coordinated development. Since the University as a part of the society, the trust between teachers and students must be an important part of social trust,the trust between university teachers and students is the college teachers and students harmonious security and constructs the Harmonious University of righteousness.At present our country is in a critical period of social transition, pluralistic values affect people’s mode of thinking, the previous social trust has been unprecedented challenged, the lack of social trust crisis affected the political economic and cultural areas.It is the academic duty to provide for the construction of college teachers and students a good relationship of trust theory in the face of this practical problem and the trust status of university teachers and students,then analyzes the influential factors of university teacher-student trust.This study is based on several universities’undergraduates as the research object of Zhejiang province, they learned the situation and level of university teachers and students trust at present through the questionnaire survey, on the analysis of the status of the consolidation of foundation,they put forward specific goals and some countermeasures for the construction of the good and high level of trust between teachers and students relationship.This article includes the following five parts:the first part is the introduction,it mainly introduces the background and significance、the ideas and methods of the topic and it also makes some review and evaluation on current domestic and foreign research situation about the trust problem,it makes some review on the basis of the current researching situation of domestic college teacher-student relationship of trust.The second part from the overall grasps the current trust status between college teachers and students through the previous college teachers of students trust level research literature and analysis of the questionnaire investigation data.The third part from the inside and outside two aspects separately analyzes the influential factors of the college teachers and students relations of trust from the following five aspects: society、school、family、teachers and students.The fourth part puts forward the goal of optimizing of the trust relationship between university teachers and students,based on the above analysis and puts forward some countermeasures to improve the trust level of university teachers and students from two aspects of the external macro environment and internal micro environment.The last part is the forecast brief comment on this study and its future development trend.
