The Dynamic Change Of Weierweike Index And Its Relationship With Physical Quality In Chinese Primary And Middle School Students

Research purposes: chooses the vic index and physical data ofHan nationality primary and middle school students as the researchobject. Analyses the relationship between dynamic change of vicindex and physical quality of Han nationality primary and middleschool students,and observes the relationship between thedynamic change trend of vic index and body’s physical changes ofHan nationality primary and middle school students from1985to2010. Finding out the reason why Han nationality primary andmiddle school students’ physical qualities and health levels decline.Methods:literature method,grouping and data consolidationmethod, comparative analysis method, mathematical statisticsanalysis method.The results of the study:City boys, city girls,village boys and village girls in every school(primary school, junior school, senior school) height had beenincreased by6.98cm,6.73cm,6.98cm;6.02cm,3.17cm,3.17cm;7.87cm,8.83cm,8.83cm;7.56cm,4.45cm,2.77cm from1985to2010.City boys, city girls,village boys and village girls in every school(primary school, junior school, senior school) weight had been increased by8.46kg,10.66kg,8.46kg;6.26kg,5.44kg,5.44kg;6.79kg,8.8kg,8.8kg;5.6kg,4.19kg,1.37kg from1985to2010.City boys, city girls,village boys and village girls in every school(primary school, junior school, senior school)chest had beenincreased by5.01cm,4.61cm,5.01cm;4.16cm,3.2cm,3.2cm;3.02cm,2.96cm,2.96cm;2.72cm,1.82cm,0.6cm from1985to2010.City boys, city girls,village boys and village girls in every school(primary school, junior school, senior school)vic index had beenincreased by5.99,5.98,3.59, respectively;4.45,3.59,2.46;3.04,3.12,0.52;2.21,1.65,0.23from1985to2010.Han Chinese primary and middle school students in every schoolphysical quality index (50m run, standing long jump, sit-ups,pull-ups, endurance run) is not optimistic from1985to2010.50meters grades of city boys, city girls,village boys and villagegirls in every school (primary school, junior school, senior school)had been changed by0.17s,0.14s and0s.0.15s,0.24s,0.24s;0.16s,0.32s,0.32s;0.01s,0.16s,0.25s from1985to2010.the standing long jump results of city boys, city girls,villageboys and village girls in every school (primary school, junior school,senior school) had been changed by0.23cm,8.14cm,6.91cm;-0.21cm,0.39cm,4.8cm;8.86cm,14.8cm,14.8cm;4.13cm,2.76cm,4.35cm from1985to2010.Numbers of pull-ups of city boys, city girls,village boys andvillage girls in every school (primary school, junior school, seniorschool) had been increased by4.22,-0.65,-3.25;10.49,0.22,-1.41from1985to2010. Number of sit-ups of city boys, city girls,village boys and villagegirls in every school (primary school, junior school, senior school)had been increased by1.53,3.64,6.11,4.07,4.78,6.5from1985to2010.Endurance running results of city boys, city girls,village boysand village girls in every school (primary school, junior school,senior school) had been changed by12.29s,26.57s,24.1s;9.89s,26.75s,19.78s;9.17s,28.66s,22.8s;7.21s,30.84s,24.3s.from1985to2010.Research conclusions:Through analysis Han nationality primary and middle schoolstudents’s main body shape index,it can make the followingconclusions:(1) from1985to2010, the student body shape of the mainindicators (height, weight and chest circumference) all showed atrend of sustained growth.(2) from1985to2010the students’ physical health level of vicindex is a growing trend(3) the student’s physical quality index scores for ascending in1985-1995, a downward trend after1995, until2005, the city andvillage boys and girls’ standing long jump performance declinedgradually under control.(4) vic index and physical quality index are correlation, in thestudy of related to the endurance quality,the city and village boysand girls in every school related degree is quite high, it reflected a negative correlation.
