Since the last century since the mid 80 s,due to China's huge demand for social education,and the income elasticity of small demand of education,and the education investment has long been a serious shortage of supply,the gap is quite big,the government opened the market of education,including adult education,occupation of primary and middle school education and higher education market etc..Under the guidance of the strong demand of education and the potential of long-term social benefits and short-term economic benefits,H middle school adopted the educational development mode of joint education and carried out the exploration of solving the relative balance between educational supply and demand.However,due to various reasons,there are various problems in the development of joint education in H middle school.The most prominent problem is the loss of state-owned assets through this form.Therefore,it is urgent to strengthen the strict supervision over the assets in H middle school.It's not only a need to protect the national interests,but also a necessary requirement to better promote the healthy development of H middle school joint education and deepen the educational system reform in China.Therefore,speeding up the development of private schools,regulating the development of joint schools,mobilizing the enthusiasm of social capital for education and utilizing the advantages of social capital are the only way for our educational system to adapt to market economy reform.At the same time,we also put forward the task of strengthening the supervision of the state-owned assets,ensuring the value of the state increasing the value,and preventing the loss of the state-owned assets.Starting from the situation of H middle school joint running Chinese assets supervision,using interview to exist in the H middle school joint running Chinese assets supervision issues research and analysis,thus obtains the H middle school joint education cause Chinese assets supervision problems,and on this basis,formulate corresponding countermeasures.This paper also probes into the establishment and improvement of the H middle school liaison school performance evaluation system and risk warning mechanism,and puts forward some suggestions.I hope this study will provide some reference for the supervision of state-owned assets in joint school running,and make the joint school running mode develop healthily.
