The Research Of Legislation About Taiwan Vocational School Students’ Internship

Under the background of economic globalization, the legislation to guarantee the development of vocational education and promote economic structural adjustment and industrial upgrading is becoming the core content of worldwide vocational education reform. The internship is an important link of practical teaching in vocational school and an essential means to improve professional skills, which gives great meaning to internship legislation. In the late70s, Taiwan rises rapidly and enjoys the "Asian tigers" of reputation. In the process of Taiwan’s rapid economic development, vocational education plays an important role, which not only depends on a relatively perfect system of vocational education in Taiwan, but also it is that the Taiwan authorities attach importance to vocational education legislation. Especially on legislation, Taiwan authorities pay equal attention to vocational education and vocational training, provide more practice opportunities for students, which is in order to cultivate the students’ professional skills and let them achieve true knowledge.This article regards Taiwan vocational schools student internship legislation as the research object, using historical method, documentary method, comparative method and so on. In the view of history, this article introduces the formation, the development and the influence factors of Taiwan’s vocational education laws, and does in-depth analysis of Taiwan vocational school internships legislation system framework, characteristics and existing problems, and put forward the optimization strategy of mainland substituted post exercitation legislation. This article has five parts.The first part introduces the research background, the research status at home and abroad, the research significance, as well as the definition of related concepts which are some important concepts in this article.The second part is based on the viewpoint of history, it research on Taiwan vocational education legislation, and find out the characteristics and the existing problems.The third part, it analyses the overall frame structure of Taiwan vocational school students’ internship.The fourth part is coming up with strategies.
