Study On Laws And Regulations Of School-Enterprise Cooperation Of Vocational Education In China

In all kinds of education, vocational education is closely linked to economic and social development. As part of vocational education, school-enterprise cooperation plays a very important role. From the experience of developed countries, such as Germany and the United States, we can see that good school-enterprise cooperation has made a huge contribution to the economic and social development. And such development whereas provides a favorable environment for the cooperation. No matter dual-system vocational education in Germany or the constantly ongoing vocational education in the US, school-enterprise cooperation develop well with the protection of laws and regulations, which have the long history, perfect regulatory system, detailed contents and so on.Entering the 21st century, our economy develops rapidly. Vocational education is experiencing a critical period unprecedented. With foreign experience learning for years our economic development needs, our school-enterprise cooperation has been attached great importance to the vocational education by the government. However, the situation of school-enterprise cooperation now is not optimistic. There are many problems because of no legal norms and security. In some related laws, the provisions on school-enterprise cooperation are isolated and dispersed, even the Vocational Education Act in 1996 is not desirable. And local school-enterprise cooperation has no practical laws and regulations to follow. So it is arduous but significant to build the Chinese characteristics legal system for school-enterprise cooperation.
