The children mean hope and future to a country and nation. Early childhood education undertakes the obligations of enlightening intelligence, guiding value and setting up healthy personality. Preschool teachers are the core to the healthy and sustainable development of nursery. The preschool teachers’ occupational legal quality, moreover,is the key point to enhance early childhood education quality. Only excellent preschool teachers’ team can ensure equal early childhood education quality. However, there are plenty of problems, at present, exist in preschool teachers’ occupational legal quality which strongly impact on the preschool teachers’ own training and the healthy development of whole preschool education. Therefore, strengthening preschool teachers’ occupational legal quality becomes an urgent problem in the field of early childhood education. This thesis mainly includes the following aspects:Chapter I introduction. This chapter firstly introduces the reason why the topic has been selected, that mainly based on the reality, lack of relevant theories and the author’s own interest. Literature review is based on related concept, structure and content, problems and strategy of preschool teachers’ occupational legal quality, which provide the basis for the further research. In addition, this part also introduced the purpose, contents, significance and methods of thesis research.Chapter II theory description of preschool teachers’ occupational legal quality. This chapter aim to build theory structure of preschool teachers’ occupational legal quality. Firstly, define the relevant concepts of preschool teachers’ occupational legal quality. Secondly, research and argument the basic category of preschool teachers’ occupational legal quality, which divided into legal knowledge, legal idea, legal capacity. Thirdly, discuss the influence factors of preschool teachers’ occupational legal quality, includes both internal factors and external factors.Chapter III empirical investigation of preschool teachers’ occupational legal quality. This chapter investigate teachers of10nurseries in Jinan. On this basis, analyze problems existing in legal knowledge, legal idea, legal ability of preschool teachers, and cause of them. Moreover, analyze the reality of preschool teachers’ occupational legal quality from the internal and external factors perspective and analyze reason as well.Chapter IV training strategy of preschool teachers’ occupational legal quality. Firstly, discuss value orientation and basic principle of preschool teachers’ occupational legal quality training. And then present specific measures of preschool teachers’ occupational legal quality training from preschool teachers’ own responsibility, the power of education and management, the role of government and society.
