Preschool education is the initial stage of high-quality personnel training in China,which carries the important task of cultivating socialist builders and successors in the new era,and preschool teachers play a decisive role.Especially with the increasing demand and level of preschool education in China,the number of kindergartens continues to expand,the supply of preschool teachers is in short supply,but at the same time,the phenomenon of preschool teachers leaving is widespread,preschool teachers' professional satisfaction is not optimistic.However,the author found through literature review that in the research of "teacher satisfaction",the main research objects are mainly focused on basic education,higher education or higher education workers,while for preschool teachers,the research work of vocational satisfaction has not attracted much attention.This study mainly uses the methods of questionnaire and interview,self-made preschool teachers' professional satisfaction questionnaire,and takes m City preschool teachers as the research object to investigate their professional satisfaction.Career satisfaction refers to the overall subjective feelings and reactions of workers to their occupations and related factors,including two first level dimensions of career identity and job satisfaction.Among them,professional identity includes four secondary dimensions: role value,professional value,professional behavior tendency and professional belonging;job satisfaction includes six secondary dimensions: work pressure,work environment,leadership management,colleague relationship,salary and treatment,and development space.Through the investigation and interview,we collected 351 effective questionnaires of preschool teachers in M City,and used spss23.0 to analyze and sort out the questionnaire data.It is found that the current situation of preschool teachers' occupational satisfaction inM city is: general level of occupational satisfaction,the highest level of colleague relationship satisfaction,belonging to a higher level,the lowest level of salary satisfaction,belonging to a low level;there is a significant difference in teaching age in occupational satisfaction,which increases with the increase of teaching age;there is a very significant age difference in occupational satisfaction,occupational satisfaction With the increase of age;there is a very significant regional difference in occupational satisfaction,the highest in urban areas,the middle in rural areas,the lowest in township;there is a very significant wage difference in occupational satisfaction,which is not increased with the increase of wages.The existing problems of preschool teachers' professional satisfaction in M city are:the level of professional satisfaction is general,the level of preschool education development needs to be improved;preschool teachers' salary satisfaction is low,the wage gap of preschool teachers is large;the gap between urban and rural areas of professional satisfaction is large,the development of urban and rural areas is unbalanced;the age gap of professional satisfaction is large,and the age structure of teachers is unreasonable.In view of the existing problems,the following suggestions are put forward: to take multiple measures simultaneously,to improve the development level of preschool education in an all-round way;to strengthen teachers,to ensure the treatment and status of preschool teachers;to make up for the shortcomings,to strengthen the construction and management of rural kindergartens;to strengthen supervision,to improve the level of scientific childcare.
