Model is a good example or a excellent pattern. Today model can reflect the mainstream value judgment standard and positive mental outlook which is advocated by society. China has began to use the excellent model who has noble moral character to educate students in the workplace from the ancient to now. Even today, many education workers also love using example to educate their students, the junior middle school ideological and ethical education is no exception. So the teachers can list some people in the ancient and modern who made remarkable contribution, the models who have good moral or advanced example, to guide their students to learn their moral from the moving deeds. It can develop the students’cognitive level, help the teachers teach the students become qualified "four haves" the couple’s fundamental goal.In this essay, published by people’s education press junior middle school textbooks "ideological and ethical education" as the foundation, combined with the actual teaching cases, and based on actual development level of the students and psychological physiology feature, research the model in the teaching of application strategies. Full introduction to (except for introductory theory) a total of five parts:The first part is the model’s meaning and the importance which the models are used. The author thinks the course nature decide it, psychological, physiological features of the students need it and model own typicality can be used.The second part is junior middle school moral character teaching model in view of existing problems and cause analysis, from the junior middle school thought moral teacher’s model and the junior middle school students of model considering both the problems, find out the reason.The third part is the model’s selection strategy, think should reflect the truthfulness, type, diversity, modernity, life and morality.The fourth part is the strategies of rendering model, from two aspects of present methods and requirements of the concrete. The author think can use language, music, modern media and practice. Besides, using model should present clearly and concisely, moving people by feeling and persuade, attention to the continuity and persistence model.The fifth part is the analysis strategy of the models, and thinks that has three analysis methods, which is problem heuristic, argue teaching, discussion and teamwork.The sixth part is the strategy of regressing model, I think should return the books to the implementation of discipline knowledge, returning back to thought to sublimate the student emotion and practice to promote knowledge into three aspects.
