With the deepening of education reform and exploration, requirements for secondary school teachers level of professionalism are increasingly high. With the "Secondary school teacher professional standards (Trial) promulgated, making the according to teacher specialization. The behave of teacher are also more scientific and standardized. Its requirements for primary teachers’professional capacity is "Guide and help high school students to design personalized learning plan ",this requirement, specific to geography teachers, there are certain times and cutting-edge to research geography disciplines for high school students to achieve personalized learning.And, combined with the current status of geography education practice, it is needs to be strengthened about the concepts of teachers to guide students to design personalized geography learning plan.For srudents,their concepts is also unobvious.So, it is particularly necessary to design learing program with its own characteristics for students.The study is based on the analysis about the status of high school geography personalized learning plans at home and abroad, then put forward some basic concepts and thuoretical basis, and then analy the necessity and feasibility of implementation, combined with the implementation of the case put forward conditions and principles, finally propose designed content and strategies. The main research method adopted for this study is literature researching, interviews and case study method.This paper is divided into introduction and five chapters. The introduction describes the background and significance, as well as research status and proposed research methods, technology roadmap and research specialties. The first chapter is defined the concept on "personalized learning plans", the second chapter is a connotation interpretation about high school geography personalized learning plan designed, analysis of its feasibility and necessity, actually is its practical significance, and the third chapters explore the three basic principles to be followed in the implementation. They respectively are that learning programs should be planned with the whole principle of teaching, and student characteristics and to be scientific and operational; and get the conclusion about implementation condition,they are learning programs have come to meet multi-level student learning needs goals, have personalized learning process experience, have the learning content that can fit students basic and have the personalized learning evaluation system, the fourth chapter after the analysis of students, combining geography characteristics and establish the personality study process, draw the contents of the scope of personalized learning program design, including different types of student learning objectives personalized design, different types of student learning methods personalized design, different types of students learning time personalized design, different types of students learning evaluate personalized design.The main design idea nutshell is four points:(1) learning objectives gradient to design;(2) learning methods based on differences in the characteristics of intelligent to design;(3) learning time based on learning content self-time management skills to design;(4) learning effect use multiple evaluation to design. Finally, select the common weather systems and industry specific learning lesson plans presented in the case. The fifth chapter is the conclusion of the full text,it state the forward problems of the research and prospect.
