Teaching plan is a series of teachers and students’behavior programs in the classroom. Teaching plan contains two aspects of explicit and implicit. Explicit teaching plan is mainly presented by the explicit words in the teaching plans, textbooks and paper, and on the courseware; implicit teaching plan is not presented by words, but presented by the teacher’s inner heart arrangement and design to the activities and process. Individual should be the intrinsic property of teaching plan design. The individualized teaching plan design’s form is based on the traditional teaching plan, but not rigidly adheres to the plan’s writing form, which should give teachers a flexible space to play. The personalized teaching plan design’s content get rid of the common mode and the same design pattern, lay emphasis on the characteristics and creativity of teachers with its own and the teaching object. Personalized teaching plan should possess teacher’s personal characteristics and students’characteristics, and flexibility.There are common and general problems existing in the primary school teachers’ teaching plan design, which lacks of personalized. This study aiming at the problem of teachers’ teaching plan design personalized deletion in primary school. The author carries out a survey in Hohhot Beiyuan primary school. Through observation, interviewing and sorting out relevant literature, the author finds that there are two main aspects of teachers’teaching plan design personalized deletion in primary school:one is the teacher’s own problem. When they design their teaching plan, they plagiarize others’ teaching plan seriously. Teacher’s attitude towards teaching plan design is numbness. On the other hand, there is a big problem in the management of teaching plan in school. The school pays no attention to the qualities of teaching plan. It is believed that teaching plan’s quantities weight than its qualities, teaching plan’s inspection is too formal.Through analyzing the problems of teachers’ teaching plan design personalized deletion in primary school, this paper argues that the reason of teachers’ teaching plan design deletion in primary school lies in the following two aspects:Firstly, teachers’ misunderstanding of basic teaching plan design, most teachers’ professional development consciousness is weak. Teachers’ attitude toward teaching plan design is influenced by "exam-oriented" education; secondly, school pays no attention to manage teaching plan. To manage teaching plan, school ignores "human factor", emphasis on organizational goals and ignores the achievements of personal goals, the mode of teaching management is unchangeable.Aiming at how to change the teachers teaching plan design personalized deletion in primary school. This paper puts forward some strategies and suggestions as following:Firstly, teacher professional training pay attention to teaching plan design personalized. Teachers should change the traditional teaching plan design’s concept; understand the teaching plan design’s connotation again. Teachers should be guided to take a correct attitude to teaching plan design and encouraged to design a personalized teaching plan. Secondly, school teaching plan management promotes personal teaching plan design. On one hand, instead of traditional teaching plan management system, we can combine detailed case with simple case, integrate collective with personal preparation for lessons, and keep teaching plan archives personalized according to teachers’individual requirements. On the other hand, school should improve teaching plan management. Based on "people-oriented", teaching plan management should enhance the autonomy and flexibility of teaching plan design, pay attention to teaching evaluation and feedback, which can promote teachers’teaching plan design personalized.
