Unemployed College Students’ Ideological And Political Education Research Problems

Since the reform and opening our country university education from elite educationinto mass education number of college students increased sharply, the scarcity degreedeclined, and the government will no longer allocate job for college students. Theemployment changed from policy to market, becoming a two-way choice betweencollege students and employers. With the college enrollment expansion year after year,the sharp increase in the number of graduates, the employment market showing asituation of oversupply. A large part of college graduates are still in a state ofunemployment after graduation. Unemployed college graduates cause serious negativesocial influence for the particular negative events of their living conditions andpsychological state occur occasionally. It is urgent for us to carry out the ideological andpolitical education work for the unemployed graduates. It is the requirement of build inga harmonious society, establishing healthy talent market order and the demand for socialstability. This paper analyzes the current status of ideological and political education forunemployed college students, expound the necessity of ideological and politicaleducation in this community, and put forward the executive object、theoretical basis andmethods of the ideological and political education conducted in this communitysystematically.This paper selected the unemployed college students who lived in "the villages inthe city" surrounded by many universities in Shan xi province Taiyuan city as researchobjects, use the Marxist theory of overall development theory and ideological andpolitical education as theoretical basis, the author made the field interviews andliterature references, etc with the issue of ideological and political education ofunemployed college graduates,expounded the living status and the acceptance degree ofthe ideological and political education of this community, and made a deep research onthe necessity of ideological and political education of unemployed graduates, and maderelevant discussions and countermeasures analysis to draw a more comprehensive andobjective understanding, providing theoretical basis for improving the ideological andpolitical education degree of unemployed graduates, promoting social stability andharmonious development.This thesis consists of five parts. The first chapter is the introduction of this thesis,it mainly introduces the issues raised, the research significance, research status at home and abroad research contents, research methods and innovation points. The secondchapter describes the related concepts and theoretical basis. The third chapter analyzesand discusses the status and problems of unemployed college graduates. The fourthchapter discussed the causes of unemployed college graduates from the social school,family, self four aspects. The fifth chapter expounds the application of ideological andpolitical education on unemployed college graduates issues from the theoreticalapplication, the executive object and methods.
