Research On The Education Program Planning

With the advance of economy, the education industry grows more and more prosperous, which brings more social attention to the exploration of education programs. Therefore, education project planning emerged to fit the current demand for education program development. It is of great significance for promoting the harmonious development of education market, improving the overall level of education programs and highlighting the feature and diversity of education program.Case analysis method is adopted in this thesis, with personal experience in the program planning of Liuyehu Children’s Education Complex. In the study, SWOT is used to the Liuyehu program, and determines its analytical frames and strategies, from which cherish experience of education program planning can be drawn.According to researches, education program planning aims to meet the need of education program’s development as its important part. Thus during the program planning, a sense of education brand and assets should be established, the nature of education program should be confirmed and the education program planning should be combined with program management. Since lacking case studies of education program planning can be a weak part of current education economy and management, this thesis provides references to future education program planning and enrich the theoretical knowledge of education economy and management.
