Study On The Promotion And Development Of "Mini-basketball Program" In Jilin Province From The Perspective Of Healthy China

The "Little Basketball Plan" is a series of basketball development plans based on the physical and mental development of children aged 6-12,which was put forward in the same year as the "Healthy China Strategy".And in order to adapt to the children’s physical and mental development characteristics,the adult competition rules were changed,and the sizes of equipment and venues were adjusted.In recent years,our country attaches great importance to the integration of physical fitness and health services,and bears the heavy responsibility of cultivating and exploring basketball reserve talents for specific target groups.Since the "Little Basketball Project" was launched in 2017,it has received a very positive response from the whole country and even from all walks of life.Based on the promotion of "Little Basketball Plan" and the vigorous development of small basketball in Jilin Province in the past four years,this paper takes the promotion and development countermeasures of small basketball in Jilin Province as the research object,using questionnaire survey,expert interview,logical analysis and SWOT analysis methods,taking the present situation of promotion and development of small basketball in Jilin Province as the breakthrough point,and using SWOT analysis to list and analyze the internal advantages and disadvantages and external opportunities in the promotion and development of "Little Basketball Plan" in Jilin Province respectively It provides reference for Jilin Province to better promote and develop the "Little Basketball Plan" under the guidance of "Healthy China Strategy".Through analysis and research,the following conclusions are drawn:According to the advantages and opportunities,and make it develop to the maximum extent.We should make full use of the big data platform and give full play to the advantages of new media communication.The government pays more attention to it,provides necessary support and excellent experience for the development of sports facilities and organizations closely related to ordinary citizens,and builds a multi-dimensional material selection system.According to the combination of disadvantages and opportunities,we should take advantage of the country’s emphasis on sports and the need for reserve talents to avoid internal disadvantages.Give certain policy inclination to basketball talents,and provide corresponding guarantee and employment opportunities.Attach importance to the role of market mechanism,and strengthen the packaging and publicity of competitions.It is necessary to promote small basketball at three points and one line,enhance children’s sense of participation and create a healthy atmosphere.According to the combination of advantages and challenges,we should use advantages to weaken possible challenges and threats.Improve the rationality of resource allocation and strengthen the close relationship between cities and States.Normalization,regularization and popularization of small basketball games.Multichannel publicity and promotion,innovative forms of activities.According to the combination of disadvantages and challenges,relatively conservative defensive countermeasures should be taken.At the same time of perfecting the competition guarantee system,the referee assessment system is established,and the coaches and referees training classes are normalized.Strengthen the propaganda and achievement display of the concept of small basketball and promote the standardized guidance of the development of small basketball.
