A Study On The Development Strategy Of University Education

According to the current environment and the development of China’s economic situation and policies,the market scale of private teaching and training institutions is growing,and some Internet enterprises are also joining in.In recent years,due to the impact of the epidemic,private education and training institutions have been impacted to a certain extent,but they have developed to a certain extent by virtue of the advantages of national policies,growing social needs,considerable profits,and active online education and training.This thesis takes the enterprise development strategy as the theoretical basis,classifies the external environment and industry competition of private education and training institutions,and summarizes the policy factors and favorable environment that affect the development of private education and training institutions.At the same time,the internal environment is analyzed to find out its internal strengths and weaknesses.For the first time,the opportunities,threats,advantages and disadvantages faced by private education and training institutions are analyzed in combination with SWOT analysis tools,and four different types of strategic combinations such as SO,WO,ST and WT are screened and selected.Finally,the advantage threat combination,that is,St combination,is selected for qualitative analysis.Secondly,through the analysis of PEST analysis tool and Porter’s five forces model,we understand that private education and training institutions are facing advantages such as policy support and continuous increase of market demand,while there are also threats such as innovation of educational concepts,increasingly fierce market competition and rapid development of online education industry.Finally,according to the actual situation of the current development of private education and training institutions,starting from the overall strategy,competitive strategy and intelligent strategy,this thesis puts forward its development strategic plan,and provides specific strategic implementation guarantees from the aspects of management system,business development,enterprise culture,enterprise capital and human resources.This thesis aims to further improve the quality and level of teaching,management and other aspects of private education and training institutions through the study of their development strategies,so as to provide some reference for the strategic development of university education and other institutions in the same industry,ensure the effective implementation of the strategy,and promote private education and training institutions to stride forward on the road of sustainable development.
