With China’s basic education reform effort and quality education to full implement. In order to adapt to the needs of the new era of social personnel training, High school information technology course training target points out:to develop students’information literacy for the purpose and to improve students’ comprehensive ability to target. However, outdated teaching methods can not arouse the interest of student learning and lead to the students master the skill can only operation and comprehensive application of knowledge and skills. In this context, how to develop high school information technology course, become the focus of attention. For this reason, this article will be applied to the project teaching high school information technology basic course, project teaching are verified through the relevant theoretical research and teaching effect, for high school information technology curriculum in our country to explore effective teaching methods, on the theory and practice to provide the corresponding reference value.The first part of the paper in-depth reform of China’s IT new high school curriculum elaborate analysis of the information technology in teaching high school status with confusion and put forward the necessity of the study in the argument; Through literature research, analyses the current research of project teaching, and puts forward the purpose and significance of this study, to determine the content of study, has been clear about the research ideas and methods.The second part of the project teaching basic concepts and theories related to elaborate. Project teaching under the guidance of teachers design and put into question the project, by creating real problem situation, in the form of group collaboration in the process of high school students to complete the project to build the theoretical knowledge and develop the ability to autonomously. Also on project teaching basic characteristics and processes are discussed.The third part is the project of teaching design. Select the processing and expression "high school information technology infrastructure" in the multimedia information as the main content, and the integration and restructuring related content designed to "Phoenix town" as the theme of teaching content.The fourth part is the implementation of the project teaching. According designed lesson plans, in accordance with established project team to determine the project themes, planning and allocation of tasks, activities, exploration and production work, the results show the process for implementation and evaluation of project teaching.The fifth part of the research results of the project design and implementation of teaching were analyzed and summarized, through questionnaires, relevant knowledge and skills test, the quality of student work, the interviews and other aspects of the project were evaluated and teaching effectiveness test. And then summary of project teaching information technology courses in high school some of the advantages.The final section summarizes the work done in this institute, and pointed out that teaching practice deficiencies. Meanwhile, the project is also teaching this new teaching model used in the information technology curriculum expectations placed.
