With the rapid progress of information technology and extensive application of information is its unprecedented rapid trend permeates every aspect of society. There is a growing sense of lack of prior knowledge and new ideas, new theories of desire. So, how to further implement quality education and training to adapt to the information society, with sustainable development and lifelong citizen of the community development capacity, to become the focus of exploration and education. Associated with this, information technology, computer education has gone beyond the purely technical training and only use the computer as a tool for the stage of comprehensive development compatible with social needs "information literacy" training of education. Many countries are increasing emphasis on information technology teams society’s influence on education, have to adjust the training objectives of education, the development of new education reform program in order to improve the citizens, especially to achieve a comprehensive information literacy of young people, to train information society of the talents, the purpose of enhancing international competitiveness. Involved in this "project-based Learning" is a new teaching model, which to improve the students creative spirit and practical ability for the ultimate goal, by allowing students to complete a full project work to achieve teaching objectives, development the ability of students in all aspects.This project under the Information Technology course characteristics, and the actual teaching situation, put forward in high school teaching of information technology to carry out a project-based learning in the practice of research to the teaching of information technology to provide useful experience and advice, and by after practice to found that the teaching of information technology in teaching practice and the lack of effect, and its perfect.Based on the information technology environment, the project-based learning methods and high information technology disciplines combine both theory and practice courses in information technology to carry out research project-based learning, learn by analyzing the research literature the progress and the draw has been made on the basis of their views. In project-based learning under the guidance of the theory, this paper information technology courses in high school to carry out project-based learning process was the teaching of basic research, design of the rating scale, showing the relevant teaching cases and case analysis, after the teaching experiment, in order to in-depth understanding of the effects of this great teaching and research problems of the students interviewed. Finally, research on this practice and pointed out that lack of reflection.
