| The former Soviet Union educator Su Huom Lin Siji said,only personality can affectthe development and regulation of personality. Therefore, the particularity of teachingideology and politics determines the ideological and political teachers must emphasis oncultivating their own personality perfectly, and strengthen to model their own personalcharisma continuously. The personal charisma of the ideological and political teachers ismainly comprised of political character, intelligent character, moral character and creativecharacter. The influence of ideological and political teachers’ personality charisma to studentsis so significant that any means like textbooks, moral maxims, reward or punishment can’tsubstitued for it. Their personal charisma plays an important role in the development ofstudents and the effect of classroom teaching. Currently, there is a development tendency thatthe teachers’ personal charisma presents a positive, healthy and upward appearance. However,influenced by many subjective and objective factors, such as the social environment, socialand school low status, lacking of self-quality, and increasing of mental stress, some teachershave prominent problems in these aspects which including political beliefs, professionalethics, professional proficiency and psychological quality. So it is essential to model thepersonal charisma of ideological and political teachers. To be a new times ideological andpolitical teacher, the one must improve his own political character, strengthen the moralcultivation, enhance the professional proficiency and promote own personal charisma amongthe harmonious relations between students and teachers. Meanwhile, our schools and societyshould strengthen guidance, put forward relative policies and make perfect mechanism.Moreover, they should promote teachers’ social status, improve their working and livingcondition, trying their best to create a better teaching environment for the ideological andpolitical teachers. |
