Research On The Personal Charisma Of Ideological And Political Teachers

The former Soviet Union educator Su Huom Lin Siji said,only personality can affectthe development and regulation of personality. Therefore, the particularity of teaching ideology and politics determines the ideological and political teachers must emphasis on cultivating their own personality perfectly, and strengthen to model their own personal charisma continuously. The personal charisma of the ideological and political teachers is mainly comprised of political character, intelligent character, moral character and creative character. The influence of ideological and political teachers'personality charisma to students is so significant that any means like textbooks, moral maxims, reward or punishment can't substitued for it. Their personal charisma plays an important role in the development of students and the effect of classroom teaching. Currently, there is a development tendency that the teachers' personal charisma presents a positive, healthy and upward appearance. However, influenced by many subjective and objective factors, such as the social environment, social and school low status, lacking of self-quality, and increasing of mental stress, some teachers have prominent problems in these aspects which including political beliefs, professional ethics, professional proficiency and psychological quality. So it is essential to model the personal charisma of ideological and political teachers. To be a new times ideological and political teacher, the one must improve his own political character, strengthen the moral cultivation, enhance the professional proficiency and promote own personal charisma among the harmonious relations between students and teachers. Meanwhile, our schools and society should strengthen guidance, put forward relative policies and make perfect mechanism. Moreover, they should promote teachers'social status, improve their working and living condition, trying their best to create a better teaching environment for the ideological and political teachers.
