| The complete success of the 2022 Winter Olympic Games has once again turned the attention of the whole country to sports.As a manifestation of the comprehensive strength of the country,sports plays a role of a mainstay in enhancing the national physique and realizing the goal of becoming a sports power."Sports power construction program" put forward in 2019,by 2035 the number of people take part in physical exercise to achieve more than 45%,it is not only to promote society people engaged in lifetime sports,and starting from the school sports,especially the college students into the social transition period,they are in the school just has a structure connecting ecosystem and individuals,and the university stage is the first step into the society,Their various abilities tend to mature,this stage is the strengthening period for them to establish the correct concept of physical education,strengthening students’ lifelong physical education awareness and physical exercise habits is also to help them better understand the health of physical education and lay a certain knowledge,skills and sports ability foundation for them to engage in physical education.In addition,the thought of lifelong physical education is an important guiding thought of college physical education.Lifelong physical education thought can effectively promote the integration of social physical education and school physical education.The presentation of physical education teaching effect will finally reflect the students’ lifelong physical education thought level.Nowadays,to establish the correct concept of lifelong physical education requires that school physical education should actively guide students in school to correct the attitude of learning physical education,actively master the skills of physical training and physical health knowledge,form out of school after still can be engaged in lifelong physical training ability,to lay the foundation for lifelong physical training.This paper adopts the method of literature,questionnaire,interview,mathematical statistics and inductive reasoning as research methods.1200 non-pe majors and 60 PE teachers from 12 ordinary colleges and universities are randomly selected as the investigation objects.From lifetime sports sports,sports skills and basic theoretical knowledge of physical exercise load three aspects in physical education,and the present situation of the extracurricular integration in-depth investigation and study,according to the analysis of the problems put forward countermeasures,aims to help further to better development of sports school,for students to lay good foundation for lifetime sports.The results show that:(1)From the investigation of the status quo of PE and extracurricular sports activities,it can be concluded that the content of in-class PE teaching carried out by schools is relatively rich.The extracurricular activities often carried out by schools are mainly sports meeting and single event competition,but the activities are relatively concentrated;Few colleges require the combination of extracurricular participation rate and classroom evaluation in student evaluation.(2)from the students the basic knowledge of sports courses needed to current situation of internal and external integration,school students in the classroom learning the basic knowledge of sports and the demand of extracurricular activities,there is a deviation,required for students to engage in sports activities after class sports knowledge are not met,not under the lesson continued integration to strengthen the understanding of the related content.(3)from the level of foundation for students’ English skills class inside and outside of the investigation of the status quo of the integration,the students in class motor skill learning stage,mastering of skills to master basic but not skilled,there is no mandatory students in extra-curricular activities after class to practice the skills learned,most of the students are only dependent on the classroom learning,Therefore,in general,students’ motor skills are not further strengthened in extracurricular exercise.(4)From the investigation on the status quo of in-class and out-of-class integration of students’ basic physical exercise load,it can be seen that school PE teachers have a reasonable arrangement of physical exercise load for PE class,and those who exercise regularly can maintain the tolerance of physical load in terms of students’ physical exercise intensity.(5)The integrated exercise in and out of class has improved students’ abilities in various aspects to varying degrees,and also improved their understanding of the importance of sports,but the effect on the formation of exercise habits is not obvious.Based on the above research results,the following suggestions are put forward:(1)The school can combine the development trend of sports and the needs of social sports,supplement the new sports content,develop extracurricular exercise indicators of students in school and bring them into the integrated evaluation system,and strengthen the popularization of students’ healthy sports ideas in class and after class.(2)In terms of basic theories,schools should fully understand students’ demands for different sports knowledge,so that students of public PE class can fully learn the sports knowledge they need and stimulate students’ interest in sports.(3)Increase the after-class guidance for students to learn skills,help them learn sports skills,hold sports events at different levels,build sports culture on campus,so that students can improve their participation in sports after class.(4)Schools can combine modern information technology to provide students with scientific exercise methods to help students gradually improve their body load and physical fitness,so as to meet students’ different exercise goals.(5)Broaden channels to popularize the benefits of continuous exercise and lifelong physical health knowledge,strengthen students’ understanding of healthy sports,and help form the habit of exercise. |
