In twenty-first Century if you ask people what is the most valuable? I think the answer must be a talent. In twenty-first Century, the talent is undoubtedly the most valuable. At the end of twentieth Century and early twenty-first Century, people feel the education and the economy have not matched. The rapid development of economy needs a large number of knowledge workers to support its development, education and cannot help much. Thus was born on a new situation of the education system is----public people help the independent college. The birth of independent college is Chinese innovations in the new century, under the new situation. A new form of independent college with its public people help quickly get parents and students of the trust, the continuous development in a short period of10years and growth. The structure of property rights of independent college is the main characteristics which are different from other types of schools. Independent college is an independent college in new period in accordance with the new national higher school of economic and educational development approved the establishment of the public people help type. The purpose of this paper is on independent college property special, which is different from the Gregorian calendar in Colleges and universities and private universities in this thesis expounds. Property speciality in Independent Colleges determine its impact on the independent college is different from public colleges and private colleges.This paper mainly expounds the influence of the structure of property rights of Independent Colleges of the governance model. Effects of the structure of property rights of independent college on the governance mode of governance pattern in a school the professional setting, the school office and staff etc.. The impact of ownership structure on the management mode of independent college has advantages and disadvantages. We need to maintain and improve the advantages, disadvantages, we should correct for improvement in order to promote the development of independent college more long-term.
