"Engineering education reform in the new century" and "modern distance educationengineering", educational technology training is an important part.In the context of the furtherdevelopment of education reform and practical teaching of teachers ’ educational technologyapplications have high requirements.Training for primary and secondary school teachers areimportant aspects of improving is to promote the modernization of education ofteachers.However, educational technology training for primary and secondary school teachersstill have more questions, training performance subject to multiple constraints.On this basis,this training primary and middle school teachers ’ educational technology capacity based onproject management performance analysis of this question, seeks to find a valuable, portable,efficient and universally applicable principles and methods for reference in subsequenttraining, training in educational technology training for primary and secondary schoolteachers more scientific, standardized and mature, improve training performance.This educational technology training for primary and secondary school teachers withproject management to improve training performance study of this issue, combining literature,comparative study, questionnaire, interview, investigation, lessons-learned analysis of law,case law and other academic research.The article consists of seven chapters, the first fourchapters to set out the issues related to, the fifth and sixth chapter is the focus of this study.Inthe fifth chapter of the project management model of teachers ’ educational technology abilitytraining for research, based on project management model of teachers ’ educationaltechnology training, and a detailed interpretation of this model.In the sixth chapter, chapterfifth model based on case study of educational technology training for primary and secondaryschool teachers, demonstrated the model in primary and secondary school teachers ’educational technology training activities to enhance the role of training performance.Theseventh chapter of teachers ’ educational technology training project management applicationprospect analysis and noted that project management applied to problems of educationaltechnology training for primary and secondary education, made recommendations to addressthe problem. Adoption studies suggest that primary and middle school teachers ’ educationaltechnology training in project management is feasible, in the current educational backgroundis also very necessary.Project management for systematization of educational technologyability training in management, standardization and process-oriented, to achieve training, fast,good, province, training effect, importance to improving the performance of training.Atpresent, the project management theory and methods in primary and middle school teachers ’educational technology training, although there are certain problems in the application, but theprospects are very broad.
