By using modern teaching means, can make students get extension organs sense perception, thinking. And then, they will obtain scientific understanding.Because of existing the problem of use of modern teaching means, it makes students restrict on the teaching method. On the contrary, it hard for modern teaching to get maximum. Despite the problem has been existed, but few people do the research in this field. So it is very necessary to study the problem of how to make students obtain scientific knowledge by the modern teaching tools, and which part is effected on the students’scientific understanding.Based on scientific understanding as the starting point, this paper in-depth study the elementary student’s scientific understanding process; categorize through to the modern teaching means, teaching material in elementary school science different versions researches in typical teaching cases, and to obtain a modern teaching means to elementary school students to obtain scientific understanding of the specific function.
