Reading,during the process of studying,is not only the foundation of children's learning,but the indispensable main tool and medium for learning and absorbing knowledge.Scientific reading refers to develop and promote the cognitive ability and understandings of the textbook during reading which includes popular science readings,scientific articles,science,fairy tales,science story,such as the content of the text form,as well as the scientific significance of symbols,charts and other visual resources,before,in and after the reading process.By using scientific reading,students will master the scientific knowledge and concepts better,which help s to achieve knowledge of extra-curricular activities in class,is conducive to the formation of students' scientific literacy.In this paper,on the basis of literature research that combined with the practical teaching,the author will clearly define the concept of "scientific reading".According to "based on the elementary school science textbook conducting scientific reading teaching",the author will do the research from the following aspects,through practical analysis and evaluation of cases.The first part of introduction,mainly from the background to the research method for overall elaboration,is to develop the research target,and carding the research status at home and abroad;The second part mainly expounds the scientific reading into the guidance of the scientific teaching strategies,mainly from the influencing factors of scientific reading,science,reading skills and scientific reading the type of argument;The third part expounds the selection of reading materials,the students read the timing of the research,the choice of reading under the guidance of teachers,the students read the record type,stimulate students interest in reading strategies and students' reading achievement assessment,etc;The fourth part,to improve reading teaching strategies in science research,concept of "magnet",for example,discusses how to reading activities in science teaching in science;The last part of the problems that exist in the elementary school science reading teaching practice are summarized,and the future work were discussed.
