Study On3-6-year-old Town Children’s Physical Quality Status In Baoding City

So paying close attention to children’s health and organizing theprofessional physical test have been one of important means to survey people’s bodyconstitution and to learn about the children’s body constitution in kindergarten and thesituations of the pre-school physical activities. In this article, the result of sample survey andtest on3-6years children’s body constitution in Baoding City, Hebei Province can provide thescientific reference for children’s growing and conducting health education.This article studies the3-6-year-old children from town kindergarten in Baoding City.2344children in all, and they are divided into8groups, four boy groups and four girl groups.The methods of research that are used to study and analyze in this article include literature,measurement, analytical comparison and mathematical statistics. The main indicators includethe3-6-year-old town children’s body shape(stature and weight), physical function(cardiacrhythm in quietness), physical qualities(10-meters shuttle run, seated forward bends, walkingon the balance beam, standing long-jump,2-feeted running jump and tennis-throwing). Theseindicators are used to test the3-6-year-old town children in Baoding City and according to thetest result to analyze the3-6-year-old children’s growing status in Baoding City. The datawhich are analyzed and compared are the body measurement data in2010. Among the threebody measurements,2000’s,2005’s and2010’s body measurements,2010is the closest tonow, so it is the most scientific and reasonable to compare with it. The study on the3-6-year-old town children’s growing law in Baoding City can not only know about the growingmatters of the3-6-year-old town children Baoding City, Hebei Province, but also show townchildren’s body quality status and feature in Baoding City, and it makes the reference to studychildren’s growing matters and to make the correlative polices for the government. We can conclude by analyzing and comparing:1.the indicators of the3-6-year-old town children’s body shape in Baoding CityAll the indicators of the3-6-year-old children’s body shape in Baoding City in2013goesup with ages and they are higher than national average level in2010. Boys’ leg power, leaping ability, upper limb and lumbo-abdominal strength and the constitutional coordination are better than the girls with the sameages, also boys’ coordination is better slightly than girls with the same ages, boys’ coordinateability is slightly better than girls, boys’ balance ability is slightly than girls and boys flexibility quality is roughly the same as girls, but different age step shows differentdevelopment speed, for example, boys develop fast in upper limb strength at4-year-old and5-year-old.Boys differs from girl by comparing the indicators of the3-6-year-old townchildren’s physical qualities in Baoding City. Boys’indicators are better obviously than girlswith the same ages except for the seated forward bends.4. The per-cent of boys and girls in each grade is basically the same in the3-6-year-oldtown children’s physical qualities overall evaluation in Baoding City.
